The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice. The location was perfect, near restaurants, the arena, and the waterfront. Close to the convention center. We definitely want to stay in that area again.

I loved the hotel. The setting was absolutely perfect and particularly good, close enough to the waterfront and restaurants and the convention centre. Tried some takeout specials at Andy's Frozen Custard, luckily it was not too far away from the venue. The employees at the venue were very amiable and helpful.

the location was comfortable and unbeatable, to the convention centre, in the wonderful area. the breakfast was satisfactory, with a huge variety of goodies. we didn't have time, but we would definitely come back there.
